Bobby went WAY OVER what he was required to do. I felt his concern for us and he promised to stay late to fix our problem. He didn’t leave until almost 10 o’clock at night and he got there hours before.He’s not only extremely knowledgeable about our heating system, but also about our generator and how it all goes together. So on a technical level, I felt completely safe and heard. But, his greatest gift is his interpersonal skill of caring. We are pretty much novices at all of this, and so to have him connect with us in the way that he did was so reassuring. We knew for sure that his first requirement in his mind was to serve us and reassure us. He’s a great guy. Don’t let him get away. Whatever you are paying him, it’s worth it. Bill and Bonney Forbes.
