My initial connection to Meyer's was through the online chat option (with Kerry) on Sunday night . I was hunting for a new furnace so was told that someone would reach out to me the next day. Sure enough I received a call at 9:00 and by 2:00 I was making a decision about the furnace model I wanted to buy. Chad, my Meyer's estimator was exceptional; so friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable about explaining my choices, installation and cost and "next steps" . The decision was an easy one so I did and already have an installation date on my calendar. Meyer's is an old established Boulder heating and air business for a reason and I just found out why. Make your life easy, just call Meyer's.

Christian McDaniel was very professional and responsive, the service call was professional, on time and done very well. Meyers overall was a good value and very professional and responsive to deal with. The Mitsubishi mini-split is a great unit!

Meyers will spend the time to properly diagnose your problem and provide you with real solutions. I had a failing 4yo furnace. They were able to resolve the problem with a $50 part. Other companies were quick to give up and tell me I needed a new furnace. This company actually cares and does the right thing. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Thank you for your help.

Had to have a 31 yr old furnace replaced. Got three bids for the work. Meyers sent Mike highland. He took a very thorough look and gave me a honest clear bid. The others were not as complete. Mikes Bid wasn't the lowest but was competitive. Their process gave me a great sense of confidence. The team came out the following morning at 9am. They worked hard and completed the work by 2pm. Cleaned up the work area prior to leaving. I have had the misfortune of replacing 3 HVAC systems in my life. This was by far the best experience. I highly recommend them. Ask for Mike, he is honest and can be trusted. Hard to say these days
