Wow. I cannot say enough about this company. I have had Mitsubushi minisplits for over 10 years (installed by someone who didn't know what they were doing) and had so many problems. I have never had a company willing to work to troubleshoot my system because they didn't install it. These guys are incredible. The were willing to help me troubleshoot, get creative and really prioritized getting my AC back up and running. By far and away the the most knowledgeable company I have ever had look at my minisplits in all the time I have owned these. They were also just incredibly caring as well, working to find the best solution for my financial and heating/cooling situation. Can't say enough. Dan was amazing as a salesperson to slow down and really take the time to be sure we were doing exactly what was needed. Matt was a genius to troubleshoot and design a new fix for my entire heating/cooling needs. After years of stress and struggle with this system, I finally feel like I can relax that I will be taken care of.
Frank did an excellent job explaining everything to me and was very efficient. He sent me the quote when he said he would and then went over the quote with me on the phone.

The work from beginning to end has been excellent. When they couldn't finish all in one day, we were worried it could be days before they could come back, but they returned the next afternoon and finished by 7pm. I believe the Mitsubishi split was a good solution for this small house. Time will tell. The workers were all pleasant and polite and helpful. They left everything spotless and dust-free. Well done! Thank you.

Everyone of the Meyers Team were SUPER professional and thoughtful on ALL levels from parking nose-to-tail in front of just my house, to putting down drop clothes, to the excellent work and the perfect clean up. Not to forget to mention that everything happened in a very timely fashion including clear communication on what was going on! from the ‘regular maintenance’ visit, to the bid, to the work being done. There is NO way that anything could have gone better or have been improved upon!

Our furnace stopped working at an Airbnb we manage. I called and a technician was able to come out a few hours later. Anthony was professional, thorough, and fixed the problem with the thermostat. The guests were happy and I’m grateful for the prompt response.
