Diego, the technician, was thorough and took his time to explain the processes of his inspection and maintenance to me as he progressed. I was truly impressed with the time and care he spent and willingness to explain things to me.
I was treated with care, all questions answered, why it is time to get a new furnace as mine is 29 years old. I got a deal for opting to pay with a check. We walked around the outside of my house and was shown where the pipes would go away from windows. I felt well informed and in good hands.
